Mitch Hobbs has been a fixture of Often Running since day one as the store manager. Around here he is known to many as “the shoe guy” for his depth and breadth of running shoe knowledge. He is also known for his uncanny ability to remember everyone’s shoe size, width, and model type (even if he hasn’t seen you for a decade). In his younger years, Mitch was also one of the area’s most competitive runners.
In addition to being an expert on shoes, Mitch is heavily involved with local running clubs and races. He plays the primary role in organizing the Park to Park 8k, the Dog Days 5k and the Oglesby Turkey Trot.
